With a holding company of modest size (12 staff), Aalberts Industries has a highly decentralised structure with a high degree of operational management responsibility.

Aalberts Industries seeks to achieve continuous growth in turnover and profits through a combination of organic growth and acquisitions. Priority is given here to increasing the net profit and earnings per share and maintaining healthy balance sheet ratios.
