Basell is the world's largest producer of polypropylene and advanced polyolefins products, a leading supplier of polyethylene and catalysts, and a global leader in the development and licensing of polypropylene and polyethylene processes.

* Technology Business, which includes licensing, catalysts development and sales, R&D and new projects;
* Advanced Polyolefins Business, which consists of polypropylene compounds and other specialty products, and
* Polyolefins Business, which comprises polypropylene and polyethylene.

Basell has its corporate centre in The Netherlands and has regional offices in Belgium, Germany, the United States, Brazil and Hong Kong, as well as sales offices in the major markets around the globe.
