Dutch Aviation Group: Opportunities for sustainable growth

In the interaction between airlines and airports, their traditional roles have been clear for decades.

Transporting passengers and cargo was the core business and the airport was merely there to facilitate the airline. Today these roles have changed: airports have become economic centres in their own right, generating substantial added value for national and regional economies, but which at the same time have to respond to a growing public awareness and concern regarding environmental and safety issues. At the same time air transport has become a cheap and fast mode of transport for people and goods, resulting in a still increasing demand for more capacity.

To accommodate this growth within acceptable environmental and operational safety limits is a challenge which is not easy to respond and requires know-how and expertise in so many disciplines, that it cannot be found in a single organisation or company.

The Dutch Aviation Group was established with the objective to respond to this challenge, by combining the resources of a number of companies, who are each offering complementary services.

The Dutch Aviation Group combines the skills and know-how of planners and engineers of airport infrastructure, aircraft designers, transport economists and business consultants and specialists in: logistics, passenger and cargo operations, air traffic control, pilot training, noise abatement, environment and safety.

The Dutch Aviation Group is offering its services to governments, airports and airlines, as well as to the general public and we believe that with our know-how and expertise we can assist the community with a sustainable growth of its aviation industry.
