EZ | Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs

The political leadership of the Ministry is in the hands of Minister Brinkhorst and State Secretary Van Gennip. The Secretary-General and the Deputy Secretary-General are responsible for running the civil service. Together, they run a Ministry that defines, implements, and regulates the enforcement of economic policy. This is done centrally by Economic Affairs, but also through eight agencies and two independent administrative authorities, the CBS and OPTA.
