Lyondell is a leading producer of propylene oxide (PO) and PO derivatives, including propylene glycol, butanediol and propylene glycol ethers. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, our operations span the United States, South America, Europe and Asia. Through our joint venture Equistar, Lyondell is one of North America's largest producers of ethylene, propylene and polyethylene. Equistar's 16 manufacturing sites are located throughout the United States. We also participate in the refining industry through our joint venture LYONDELL-CITGO Refining LP.
