Profile:
Techno Fysica is an independant engineering company, aimed at solving problems in all kind of technical equipment. Much, but not all, of what we do is aimed at solving problems related to the dynamic loads of alternating forces in a constuction or machine. In addition, in the engineering phase, we use our knowledge in this specific field for the controlling or predicting of vibration behaviour in such installations.
Over thirty years, we have been investigation these installations in order to solve problems related to vibrations, wear, failure, or unreliable operation. For this, we rely on several techniques such as:
- Vibration measurement and analysis
- power measurements (shaft power. torque)
- speed measurements
- (Diesel-) engine behaviour
- Failure analysis through metallurgical examination
- Finite element calculations
- Alignment calculations
- torsional vibration calculation

In addition to the services mentioned above, we design, supply, install and provide maintenance for a wide range of specific, custom made load cells. These load cells are highly accurate, rugged and reliable and are suited for every environment. We have been desiging loadcell for offshore and dredging industry for over 30 years

From simple load end to complete systemes intergrating signals from forces, displacements and much more. The integration of telemetry and satellite signals is one of the options.

Mission statement:
Our mission statement is solving all problems related to the effects caused by dynamically loaded installations. The problems can range from untoward vibrations, excessive wear, failure to decreased reliability, short life-cycles, and high maintenance costst.
Our aim is a problem-free installation, with low maintenace, low service costs, a long life and maximum reliability.
