Who are we?

UNETO-VNI is the Netherlands association of contracting installing companies and technical retailers. Uniting both electrotechnical contractors, mechanical engineering companies, sanitary installers as well as technical retailers, the association is fairly unique in Europe. UNETO-VNI was founded on 1 January 2002 as a merger of the Association of Electrotechnical Contractors and Retailers (Uneto) and the Netherlands Association of Installation Companies (VNI).

UNETO-VNI represents the majority of employers, i.e. entrepreneurs and companies, in the installation and technical retail branch. With over 6,000 small, large and medium-sized member-companies, together employing a staff volume of 110,000 and generating a turnover of € 9 billion, UNETO-VNI is one of the largest employers' organisations in the Netherlands.
