Van Oord arose out of the merger of Ballast Ham Dredging with Van Oord Groep. We are dredging and marine contractors in heart and soul with a tradition of over a century of successful projects. Van Oord specialises in dredging, marine construction, offshore and earthmoving projects. In these areas we are a world-class player. Our constant focus on innovative technologies has led to the successful development of water injection dredging, to market leadership with respect to rock dumping in deep water and to expert knowledge with regard to the accelerated consolidation of soil.
